More than a year since the last full federal budget, Canadians will still be left waiting, as the Liberals confirmed they’ll only deliver a fall economic update rather than a comprehensive budget. Just a day into his cabinet role, Culture Minister Steven Guilbeault reignited the pipeline debate by claiming no companies are interested in building pipelines in Canada.
