In Columbus, Ohio on December 19, 2025-January 4, 2026 we experienced ICE's Buckeye Surge. One organization went above and beyond to make sure the most vulnerable had food. The nonprofit Our Helpers got 685 boxes of food out to families who had a family member detained (list from immigration attorneys). and families who partner organizations recommended were extremely vulnerable.
