The average 5 to 8 year old will watch 4 hours of junk food ads each year. But new independent MP, Dr Sophie Scamps wants to change that. She's proposing regulation in her first ever draft bill that could limit the advertisement of unhealthy products to after 9pm. But will the bill make it through parliament?
