If you've been following along on the show, then you know that for the past few weeks, our very own Jay Doran has been taking deeper dives into the specifics of various elements of culture. Whether taking a peek behind the curtain into the core values of Culture Matters as a company or even why culture itself matters at all, we've been taking a closer look at the culture that drives us on a daily basis.
