Former President of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and former President and COO of MGM Home Entertainment David Bishop is joining us on the program today and we could not be more excited to have a man with his experience and knowledge on The Culture Matters Podcast. David and Jay jump into some of David's experiences with both Sony and MGM and what those experiences taught him as a leader, the benefits of giving credit where it is due when someone on your team does a good job, and the crown of leadership being a heavy burden to bear especially when tough decisions need to be made.
