What happens when you become the main breadwinner in the family whether by choice or not? How is this current pandemic affecting the typical roles of caregiver and breadwinner?

In this fascinating interview with award-winning journalist, Jennifer Barrett, we discuss the shift in the role of breadwinner, how mom guilt needs to be addressed more than ever and how we can redefine what being a "good mom" means to us.

Jennifer Barrett has been the Personal Finance Editor at CNBC, Senior Vice President and Editor in Chief at Daily Worth as well as General manager at Hearst Digital, overseeing the magazine sites for Cosmopolitan, Redbook, Good Housekeeping and Seventeen. She is currently writing a book about women and breadwinning that will be released next Spring.

She recently wrote an article featured in Forbes titled "How Economic Fallout From The Coronavirus May Disproportionately Affect Women"

This week on the podcast I have the pleasure of talking with Jennifer about being the breadwinner in the family and the gender role shifts that will hopefully come out of this current pandemic.
