What your family wants and needs is a mom:
- who knows how to be happy
- who loves herself and her body
- who loves her life even if it's not perfect
- who knows how to be present
- who allows herself and others to make mistakes
- who is emotionally balanced
- who knows how to handle stress and drama
- who sets healthy boundaries
- who knows how to manage her mind so she can manage everything else
