The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly review of Workplace Racism. This program is specifically designed to improve problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on at work. Any listeners who have figured out the best strategies to minimize problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other usual problems we generally experience in Racist work environments should be first to call in and share specifics. Black "entrepreneurs" are encouraged to share their experiences with Racism being "self employed." We'll hear techniques from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment.
