The C.O.W.S. Workplace Racism 09/08/16

The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. This program is specifically constructed to discuss problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and control our emotions while at work. Any listeners who have fgured out the best way to avoid problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, remain free of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other numerous problems we frequently encounter under Racist working conditions should be first to call in and share specifics. Black "entrepreneurs" are encouraged to reveal their experiences with Racism being "self employed." We'll hear strategies from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment.
