The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. This broadcast is specifically tailored for problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have discovered the best way to minimize problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, remain free of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other drove of obstacles we generally experience under White Supremacist working conditions should make sure to dial in and share details. Victims of Racism who are "self-employed" are encouraged to disclose their experiences with Racism as an entrepreneur. We'll solicit suggestions from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment.
