The C.O.W.S. Workplace Racism 06/16/16

The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly session on Workplace Racism. This program is exclusively focused on problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while at work. Any listeners who have discovered the best way to reduce problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, remain free of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other assortment of problems we generally experience under White Supremacist working conditions should make sure to dial in and share the particulars. Victims of Racism who are "self-employed" are encouraged to share their experiences with Racism as an entrepreneur. We'll solicit suggestions from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment.
