Do your best to avoid participating in this events if possible. If you are required to attend, try to avoid making statements or "educating" White people about any aspect of Racism. Whites are reporting that the Covid-19 infections are dropping. Consequently, numerous regions are eliminating mask and distancing requirements. Gus again encourages non-white workers to prioritize their safety and continue taking the coronavirus seriously.
