The Context of White Supremacy welcomes the return of Dr. Marvin Dunn. A historian, author, and Florida native, Dr. Dunn visited us last week to discuss the controversial governor's race between Republican Ron DeSantis and Democrat Andrew Gillum. Although most polls had Gillum out front heading into Tuesday's election, the White Man, DeSantis, was declared victorious. We'll ask Dr. Dunn what lead him to have such misplaced confidence that Gillum would be elected. We'll also ask about the psychology of Florida's black residents - last week, Dr. Dunn suggested black citizens of the sunshine state would be crushed by a Gillum defeat.
