The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism 03/22/24 Lincoln University, a "Historically Black University" in Missouri, released the results of an "independent investigation" that concluded White university president John Mosley did no wrong related to this year's death of Dr. Antoinette Bonnie Candia-Bailey. The black female professor took her own life earlier this year after alleging White university officials - including Mosley - practice Racism against her. Gus submits that Dr. Cadia-Bailey be highlighted for the remainder of "Women's History Month" and inspiration to discuss the debilitating impact of Workplace Racism. We also discuss the importance of asking questions and learning in the workplace.
