Today we’re going to be talking about mindset. Contractors all over the world are getting their teeth kicked in to some degree. Maybe they're having a hard time finding talent, or making a profit, building a future, dealing with debt, etc. The list goes on. Most contractors struggle and we know this. A lot of you are quick to blame outside factors and play the victim card but this is unacceptable and completely preventable.
