On June 8, 2008, Taylor Paschal-Placker, age 13, and her best friend, Skyla Whitaker, age 11, were murdered while walking down a dirt road in rural Weleetka, Oklahoma. They were shot multiple times with two different weapons. In this episode of The Consult, retired FBI agent Julia Cowley discusses the case and her initial observations of the crime scene.
