Chris Marcus is the founder of Arcadia Economics after he came to the realization that his first job out of college at the bond rating agency Moodys Investors Service (yup, the same guys who rated all of the sub-prime bonds with their highest Aaa rating) was actually just a real life version of the movie Office Space, he realized hed better do something about it fast. He started searching for some answers to the questions most on Wall Street have never thought to ask.
