The danger exists that companies concentrate on only one aspect of diversity instead of recognising the pool of talent that exists. Andy, Andy and Heather discuss the support or push back when trying to implement diversity into a company. How do you make a strong business case for building a diverse leadership team? Leaders need passion and the will to accomplish this. Once a diverse team with unique talents exists, it is a leader's responsibility to create an inclusive culture.
