The Earth has flooded with an impossible amount of water and for some reason, the supply of cigarettes is endless, oil can be converted directly into gasoline, people have mutated with no explanation, and a family living peacefully on the most beautiful piece of land left, have tattooed their daughter and sent her out on the ocean without any concern for her safety or their way of life. Sounds like an incredible movie premise, right?! Well…. we will see for ourselves.
