Oh Ubud Bali, what a magical place. As I write this I am fresh off the plane from our 6 day life changing, transformational retreat. We had the honour of serving 10 women through the most powerful thing I have ever been a part of (and thats a lot to say as I have experienced a bit). In today’s episode I talk about the power of retreating and how it can be the most powerful things you ever experience. Being immersed, away from your usual habitat plus the collective energy, is a recipe for deep healing. Massive shout out to the gorgeous courageous souls who walked with us in Ubud. If you have the chance to get away and have a week to yourself do it.
