OK IWD, This is OUR month sister.
International Womens Day means so much to me especially because of the work I get to do with women in my 1:1 practice, in my coaching program and when I speak on stage.
I am currently on a speaking tour and I wanted to give you a little BTS on what I'm sharing on stage this year with the theme of "Count Her In".
No matter what the "theme" is, here's whats true for me: I firmly believe that WE CAN advance equality.
I believe that each and every one of us can impact the world and make some much needed changes to women's rights.
