Maurice is just a simple talking cat with big dreams--like perfecting his preferred con, the Pied Piper. His erstwhile companions, a stupid-looking kid and a clan of sapient rats in the middle of developing things like "ethics" and "society", are dragged along in his wake. When they get to the town of Bad Blintz, however, things go from Bad... to worse.
