Question 4 on the state's ballot asks voters whether or not to repeal a law that will allow undocumented residents to obtain a driver’s license starting in 2023. It has heavy implications for undocumented Bay Staters from all over the world, in particular, the region’s growing Latino community, which makes up the largest share of the state’s undocumented population.
