Can real estate investments provide you with the guaranteed, passive income that annuities will? With an annuity, you'll pay in once or over time and at a certain point, you'll receive guaranteed payments that allow you to have predictable income, which is great for retirement. But commercial real estate, especially triple net properties, may provide you with dependable income at higher returns for each dollar invested.
