Incrementality is still a made-up word, but in the year since we last covered incrementality we have decided to rephrase how we think about the concept - shifting away from funny estimation math to a true academic exercise looking at the long-term value of net new to channel customers and how much it costs to acquire these customers utilizing none other than clean room technology.
