Why does keeping Christ’s commandments matter so much? Because obedience leads to intimacy. Jesus promises to manifest Himself to those who treasure His words (John 14:21). As we keep His commands, we receive His love, experience answered prayer, grow in joy, and reflect His heart to others. In loving Him this way, we find life and lasting fellowship.
