But if you're willing to work hard, and put in the sweat equity, the financial payoff can be rewarding. But there is a big downside - too many people in these jobs don't plan for the future. While the money is great, it typically doesn't last. Either you can't do the job anymore, or the jobs in that field dry up. So, what can you do? Should you avoid the work?
