Coach Nichols discusses how important it is coaching in his hometown in front of all of his family and friends. What is is like having his brother, Shane Nichols on his coaching staff. What he learned from the different coaches he worked for and played for. Darris discusses the different philosophies and mindsets in playing for John Beilein versus Bob Huggins in his days at West Virginia.

They also discuss what the 2024-2025 Radford Highlanders will look like. What areas did Darris and his staff put an emphasis on in the Transfer Portal this spring? What will it take to make that jump back into the top tier of the Big South league? And they reflect on his first 3 seasons as a Division-1 head basketball coach.
