Coffee expert and Central American coffee contact for Ally Coffee Bram De Hoog joins the program to talk about his incredible journey into the coffee industry, and the state of Costa Rican and Central American coffee. Bram talks about the incredibly tumultuous weather that has hit Central America recently, and the little media coverage it has received worldwide. He goes on to talk about the effects that harsh weather- and different types of weather in general- have on the final coffee product. Bram also talks about his work selecting coffees, and shares some of his favorite origins.
