To start off I, want to share with you how fasting has changed my life. Then, we will go into the scientific benefits of fasting. I have been fasting for about 2 years now, and when I tell you it has changed my life it’s an understatement. Fasting lead me on a personal journey that created so much passion I created my own method called the 3T Method.
