Why are you even thinking about working out? What would it feel like to have energy? What would it feel like to fit into your clothes? #2. Once you answer those questions ask yourself: What is the consequence if I never get started? What is the consequence if I quit once I am started? #3 Pick a why and lean on that shit! #4 find someone who will call you on you shit! #5 Hire a coach like me because you damn well know if you have not done it yet, or you love working out you will not do this on your own!
