Things to ask yourself:
Is you health on track?
Are your finances on track?
Are you taking care of yourself?
Are you happy with how you feel inside and out?
What excuses do you keep making?
What's the impact to these questions? Family? Your relationships? Your work? Your productivity?
Now its time to self reflect and understand you are the problem in all of these situations and it is no one else’s fault.
