As we navigate through this crazy place we call home there is something striking that is happening around the world. Let me start by saying this subject was sparked by a conversation with a friend where they came to the awakening or the realization that they are not giving themselves permission to be who they are meant to be. This was such and jarring yet true statement that I am almost 100% sure most of the population is struggling with. Why is that? Social pressure from a young age and social media Parents Husbands or wives Environment Friends Your boss Your job Your choices YOURSELF There is a huge problem with this epidemic, this means we are all wearing a mask of who we truly are and imagine what this world would look like if that mask was reviled.
