I have learned this over the past 11 years that everything in life works together and each thing in this world works together to form our environment or life and most of all our success.. We often look at things in singularity thinking that one part does not effect the other and the truth is we are all connected and everything in our body is connected. Here is an example; you want better mental health so you start meditating a great start but what if you are dumping a bunch of shit into your system and your gut is all messed up.
