I would spend 2 to 3 hours in the gym! Here was my routine when I was a trainer before. I would wake up at 3 AM and do Cardio, go home, take a nap, eat, weight lift, train clients, then train a second time. I would under eat and over train. It took me till 35 to realize you didn’t have to spend your whole life in the gym. I found out the importance of HIIT. Listen Now!
