AccuWeather helps 1.5 billion people around the globe get their weather forecast. Talk about trial by fire, Michelle began her position right as the COVID-19 crisis began affecting the United States. She does not recommend starting a new job during a pandemic, but this challenge really put her skills to the test, and she doles out a lot of wisdom in this episode.
