Kevin McCarthy battles to become Speaker of the House. Boebert says she won't vote for McCarthy. McCarthy says Gaetz threatened to let Jeffries become Speaker. McCarthy vows not to drop out. As news breaks, Clay says, "We are going to a second ballot for Speaker for the first time in 100 years." DeSantis takes oath of office, declares Florida "land of sanity." Gaetz says he doesn't want a repeat of the Benghazi hearings, meaningless House majority. Caller suggests DeSantis for Speaker. Buck says he thinks DeSantis may be more effective as governor.
