In this episode, Rodney Smith Jr. joins Tudor. Rodney is the founder of Raising Men and Women Lawn Care Service, a nonprofit organization that helps people in need by mowing lawns, raking leaves, and shoveling snow. The organization has over 5,000 kids across the United States and in eight other countries participating in the 50-Yard Challenge. Rodney's journey began when he prayed to be used as a vessel and found his true purpose in helping others. The movement has grown through social media and word of mouth, with kids earning different colored t-shirts for every 10 lawns they mow. Rodney has also customized lawn mowers for different causes and plans to start a worldwide tour to spread the movement globally.
