It's gotten so bad for Biden that late-night show hosts are making fun of him every night now. Biden had an empty calendar for two days and then White house says summer weather forced him to go around Congress and consider taking executive action to fight climate change. Nancy Pelosi: "The climate crisis is a real one ... We cannot ignore the science." Why are the Democrats putting so much effort into an issue only 3% of their base cares about? Clay says, "No one is worried in the grand scheme of things about the climate when inflation is 9.1%." Biden Energy Adviser Amos Hochstein: We need to limit oil production "to accelerate the transition." Pete Buttigieg: "The more pain" we experience at the pump, "the more benefit there is for those who can access electric vehicles." Senator Tom Cotton: Joe Biden and the Democratic Party continue to wage their ideological war against American industry.
