Plus, food historian Akila McConnell and chef Asata Reid from the WABE podcast Savory Stories join us with the history of potato chips, and we hear about the Molly Blank Concert Series. This year’s inaugural show is on February 25 and features a program by the Oran Etkin Quartet.
