Wk 1: Thy Kingdom Come

S02E28 - Forgive One Another
We made it to the final “one another” this season, and that’s to forgive one another. Unforgiveness will lead to bitterness, closing off relationships to one another and to God. Forgive one another as the Lord has forgiven you. ¹² Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, ¹³ bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. – Colossians 3:12-13 We hope this season has blessed you over the last 28 weeks. Stay tuned for season 3, coming in 2022! If you're looking for additional resources to help you deepen your relationship with Jesus Christ, visit coe22.com/resources.

S02E27 - Encourage One Another
This week we have a special guest, hearing from Pastor Ryan Britt about encouraging one another. Our words have power; how are you using yours? Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing. - 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Wk 27: If the Tomb is Empty…
Jesus meets us in our humanity: in our fears, in our insecurity, in our sorrows, in our doubts, and he offers us faith. Do you believe? Visit coe22.com/john to download the journal, find series resources and more.

S02E26 - Love One Another Deeply

Wk 26: The Cross
The execution of God’s Son was the execution of God’s plan. Do you believe that when Jesus died on the cross that somehow it counted for you? Visit coe22.com/john to download the journal, find series resources and more.

S02E25 - Submit to One Another Out of Reverence for Christ
A great relationship with one another is ultimately defined by mutual submission out of reverence for Christ. Whether it be in marriage, between children and parents or between bosses and employees, may we humble ourselves and submit ourselves to one another, just as Christ did for us.

Wk 25: Whom Do You Seek?
The only way to seek Jesus is through surrender. Visit coe22.com/john to download the journal, find series resources and more.

S02E24 - Live in Harmony with One Another
If the Church comes together as one, rooted in the gospel of Jesus Christ, the world would take notice. Live in harmony with one another. Do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly. Never be wise in your own sight. – Romans 12:16 Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, and a humble mind. – 1 Peter 3:8

Wk 24: The High Priestly Prayer
As Jesus prayed for us (those who will believe), He prayed that our RELATIONSHIPS with Him and each other would change the world. Visit coe22.com/john to download the journal, find series resources and more.

S02E23 - Pray for One Another
Forgiveness of sin comes from Jesus alone, but often healing comes in the context of community. Who are you praying for? Who do you have in your life that’s praying for you? Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. – James 5:16

Wk 23: The Helper
The spirit of God in you is greater than the circumstances around you. This world has trouble. God offers peace that transcends understanding. Visit coe22.com/john to download the journal, find series resources and more.

S02E22 - Love One Another
More than any other, we are commanded to love one another as He has loved us. We can’t do this alone; Jesus invites us to abide in Him and He will abide in us. The more we abide in Jesus, the more fruit we bear that can pour out to love one another unconditionally, like Christ has loved us. This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. – John 15:12

Wk 22: Abide
Christ’s invitation is not for you to DO more, but is for you to be near Him; for apart from Him, you can do nothing. Visit coe22.com/john to download the journal, find series resources and more.

S02E21 - Spur One Another On Toward Love and Good Deeds
This week’s one another comes from Hebrews 10. May we always encourage one another and surround ourselves with those that continually point us to Jesus. If you need community like this in your life, join a disciple group! Find a group at coe22.com/disciplegroups. ²⁴ And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, ²⁵ not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. – Hebrews 10:24-25

Wk 21: The Way
“I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” - Jesus (John 14:6) Visit coe22.com/john to download the journal, find series resources and more.

S02E20 - Wash One Another’s Feet
This week, Pastor Joby talks about the event in John 13 when Jesus washes the disciples’ feet. He washes the feet of those that would follow Him, betray Him and deny Him. Many people find themselves in places of authority, not just at work, but at home as moms or dads. What do you do when you find yourself in a place of authority? What would it look like for you to “wash the feet” of those around you? If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet. – John 13:14 Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. – Romans 12:10

Wk 20: You Will Be Blessed
Jesus leveraged all of His power to serve those that don’t deserve it. He said that we would be blessed and noticed when we do the same. Visit coe22.com/john to download the journal, find series resources and more.

S02E19 - Honor One Another Above Yourself
Jesus laid down His perfection and took from us our sin, not because we deserved it, but because He decided He was going to do it on our behalf. That’s what honor is. Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. – Romans 12:10

Wk 19: The Gospel
As long as we come to God on our own terms, we will never be saved. Salvation comes to those who come to Him on HIS terms. His terms demand that we surrender by grace through faith. Visit coe22.com/john to download the journal, find series resources and more.

S02E18 - Accept One Another, as Christ Accepted You
In a world that tries to tear us apart, the gospel informs us that just as Christ welcomed us, we are to welcome one another for the glory of God. Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God. - Romans 15:7

Wk 18: Extravagant Gratitude
The heart of worship is gratitude for who Jesus is and what He has done for us. Are you grateful? Visit coe22.com/john to download the journal, find series resources and more.

S02E17 - Carry One Another’s Burdens
One of the primary ways to love one another is to bear one another’s burdens. In this week’s devo, Pastor Joby talks about Mary, Martha and their brother, Lazarus. In John 11, we see how Jesus carries the burdens of his friends. Jesus knows Lazarus is going to die and He is going to bring Lazarus back to life, but he meets Mary and Martha where they are and bear their burden when they needed it most. He weeps with those who are weeping. We’re called to bear one another’s burdens because Jesus bore our sin on the cross. As Jesus bears your burden, are you willing and able to bear one another’s burdens? Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. – Galatians 6:2

Wk 17: Take Off Your Grave Clothes
You don’t have to do the things that you used to do because you are not the person that you used to be. The old you is dead. The new you is alive in Christ. Visit coe22.com/john to download the journal, find series resources and more.
