Episode 3 of the Bethel Doctrine Series is live: “When Power Shapes Repentance.” In this chapter, we examine how repentance is being reframed….not primarily as moral turning from sin to a holy God, but as a perceptual shift toward accessing an unseen realm. We carefully walk through the texts being used, quote them in context, and ask an essential question: are these conclusions coming from Scripture, or are they layered onto Scripture? This isn’t about denying the supernatural. It’s about guarding the authority of God’s Word so our hunger for power never reshapes our theology of repentance.
When repentance becomes a gateway to activation instead of reconciliation, the entire Christian life subtly shifts…from surrender to system, from submission to mechanism.
