Why has the practice of head covering seemingly disappeared from churches after being widely practiced for 1800 years? What did early Christians believe about veiling? Was head covering an ancient social custom without relevance for today? Is long hair the only required head covering? Or must it be cloth (or even something like a metal helmet)? Would God cast someone into hell because they refused to practice veiling?
