In hour 3, Chris talks about Daniel Penny, the marine charged with Manslaughter for killing Jordan Neely on a New York subway. Of course, Neely had been arrested some 43 times and released, had a warrant for his arrest and was harassing people on the train. Also, Chris talks more about the issues on the Southern Border and the sheer volume of illegals who may cross before the year is over.
