Have you ever thought about the type of world you'd like to live in?

In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas talks with Christopher Hughes about leadership and what you want the world to look like.

Leadership is not letting the world happen to you; leadership is getting in the driver's seat. No matter what your job is or who you are, you can lead - by the choices you make. You have to figure out what you want, you have to ask for it and you have to choose it.

1. Look at what you want. What do you value? What is the world you want to live in?

2. Choose that in your daily life.

3. Ask questions around what's required to have more of this.

4. Invite people into your life who have the same values as you.

  • "How do I have more of this?"
  • "What's required to bring more of this into the world?"
  • "What's it going to take to have this?"
  • "What would I like to choose with the money I create?"
  • "What else is possible with this?"
