This week we welcome Dr Harsh Trivedi, President and CEO of Sheppard Pratt- the largest private, nonprofit provider of mental health, substance use, special education, developmental disability, and social services.
As a parent of two adolescent children and as a child and adolescent psychiatrist, Dr. Trivedi empathizes with parents of today’s youth, who are also in uncharted territory. He ia passionate about helping parents find the tools and communication to help their kids navigate and cope with mental health struggles. This podcast is hopeful, backed by research, and full of strategies for parents.
