Show Notes
Not all negligence cases are as dramatic as amputating the wrong limb or leaving a sponge inside a patient after surgery. They are usually far less obvious, and it can be difficult to determine whether a doctor has breached his or her duty of care.
BN Senior Associates Melissa Carius and Emma Harman discuss where we draw the line between a complication and negligence.
