After 15 rounds of voting, Kevin McCarthy has finally been elected Speaker of the House and been sworn in. To win that vote, though, Kevin had to make a lot of promises to House conservatives. Just what exactly are those promises? Charlie walks through each part of the newly-made deal, explaining why it has so greatly improved conservative prospects for the coming Congress.
