The suicide rate continues to increase among the millennials and GenZ. Concerns about their finances, job security, and career goals are elevating their anxiety and depression. Thus, leaving them with feelings of hopelessness. We must be diligent about checking in on them and providing a safe place for them to talk and express themselves. We cannot lose anyone else to suicide! Join in on the discussion as we share ways to connect and resources that are available. Life talks are absolutely necessary!
