This means that we are helping each person involved in our ministry, community initiative, or workplace project to become their best selves and in the process, makes the respective ministry, initative or project better.Steps can be taken to create such an environement—leaders knowing their people; every person knowing how they are part of the team; each individual knowing what their role is as part of the larger whole; and the entire team knowing one another. Saint John Paul II broke it down into three steps: Encounter-Conversion-Communion. I speak about these and how each of us needs to understand who we are and what we are within the Body of Christ so that we can live the life of purpose and meaning we long for, while we help others experience the same on our respective journeys of conversion towards holiness, or whole-ness.
